Phase 1 Diagnose
We spend the first one to two weeks on site watching cycles, timing operations, sitting in tier meetings, and reviewing KPI data. The client receives a written diagnostic identifying the top three operational losses and the routine failures behind them.
Phase 2 Stabilise
We reset the daily management rhythm so teams can see problems, escalate issues, and act before performance drifts. The client receives a functioning tier routine, clear escalation triggers, and an agreed KPI baseline.
Phase 3 Improve
We target the highest value constraints first: waste, flow, layout, changeover, service reliability, or cost per unit. The client receives practical countermeasures tied to measurable performance movement.
Phase 4 Embed
We coach managers and team leaders until the routine runs without consultant dependency. The client receives standard work for management, visual controls, and ownership built into the operating rhythm.
Phase 5 Handover
We exit deliberately, with check ins that test whether the improvement still holds. The client receives a handover pack, KPI review cadence, and next step roadmap for sustained improvement.
